    gallien krueger.. very dissapointed! !

I've actually had both my basses checked out and it was established that the head was the issue. Buzzing goes away when you touch the head, whether a bass is plugged in or not. Also i borrowed a markbass and ampeg head and no buzzing. The fusion sounds amazing, just annoying that is...

    gallien krueger.. very dissapointed! !

For over a decade i used a 1001rb head week in, week out. Despite having a terrible grounding issue it never missed a beat. Just under two years ago i "upgraded" to a fusion 550. Same grounding issue, but I can deal with that. .. recently the contour pot will shift to any position other than...

gallien krueger fusion 550 pot issue

Hmmm.... strangely it seems to have come right. The guy who sold it to me did say It's been sitting for a while. Maybe dust or something was causing the problem. I emailed Jason bit an yet to hear anything. Hopefully it's fixed itself

gallien krueger fusion 550 pot issue

Greetings. .. So i have one of these amps with that seemingly common problem of the contour pot wanting to move around on its own and not staying where it's at. I know a few of you have had the same problem. .. Mine is out of warranty and i want to find out exactly what the problem is and how...

    Calling all G&L experts....

Thanks for your help guys, but unfortunatley I won't be going with G&L. I went into the only G&L dealer I could find here, (Melbourne, Australia) to check 'em out, and the range was very small. When I asked if they could get me what I wanted, the guy said he honestly didn't know as the...

    Calling all G&L experts....

Aha - I didn't realise they had options available for the USA ones, that makes a lot more sense. What are the main differences as far as electronics go, all info I can find is that they are exactly the same.

    Calling all G&L experts....

I'm thinking about buying a L 2000 in the near future. I just want to know, what the differences are (if any) between the USA and Tribute models. They seem to have the same electronics and timbers, so why nearly $1000 difference? I'd love to hear from someone who owns or has owned both...

    What's your dream bass?

That's exactly what I've just had done. I had Warmoth make me a bass that takes cues from Ken Smith, Wal, Sadowsky to name a few...I love it. However my dream bass was always my '97 Stingray 4. What I'm now gassing over is a Wal MK2, so I guess that's now my dream bass......

    Warmoth Owners Club!!

Don't worry too much bout what the website says you can and can't do. My new Warmoth is practically all custom stuff that the site said couldn't happen. Just email Jason Lillie - he's the guy who helped me out- and he can price anything you need manually.
