    The plastics nuts are not so special on the NS2A's. They usually split or wear down. I have ended up replacing with a Brass one on all my previous NS2A's. You'll probably need a luthier to make and install an new one...

    Hi Rebopmass, I tried to put an MM114 in my Euro. Unfortunately, they don't quite fit. I had to hack quite a bit off side of the board and rewire a track to get it it fit in.

    Love it...the tones you can get out this bass is are amazing. The mix between the semi hollow body, the piezo bridge and the EMG HZ is quite unique.

    That looks a lot like mine, The Wimbish, a fretted spectorcore and a black ns2a, what upgrades have you done Upgrades to the NS2A so far: - Replaced black plastic nut with brass nut - replaced tuners with gold Schaller ones. - replaced bridge with a new Spector gold legend - replaced metal...
