GT 100 is a guitar multieffect, check out the GT 10B that it’s more suitable for bass. That means that you will have bass amps on modelling, compressors and eq’s with the right frequencies and so on… If you think that GT 100 is newer model yes you are right, but it’s newer for guitar (GT 10)...
