I had my rockbass streamer LX refinished in white nitro. Very flat, very thin. Contemplating doing an amber tinted top coat or having an artist custom paint "dia de los muertes " style.

I gig anywhere between 5-8 times a week. The only pedal that's aways in my gig bag is my old school BOSS OC-2 octave. And i really only use that for one band.

I am having it done professionally by a luthier friend. I think the body wood may be carolena-it's reasonably soft. The butterscotch nitro isn't a translucent, more of an "opaque" so im not really concerned with the quality of the grain. Do a search in the forums here for finish removal.
