Please elaborate? I remember in the old days a bass player friend of mine used an SVT with a Cerwin-Vega Earthquake cabinet. If that'a not correct someone please tell me. It was a "Half-folded horn" cab, in that it only had one horn on top and the speaker mounted towards the bottom. It was compact but weighed a ton. Two guys to lift it to the stage. But when he played, especially when he turned it up, you could feel the bass in your shoes across the room!
OOPS forgot to make my point. If you do have a CV Quake already, I think you're nearly there. It now is up to you to provied the power to push that cab.
What do you see using to achieve that low end thunder? Maybe something with at least 1,000 watts?
