I love it whenever I go to a new band audition and the guitarists tell me over and over "we do these tunes in Drop D" and then stand there blankly staring at me waiting for me to detune my 5er's.

That's becasue its made and set up in tropical land of Indonesia where it's more humid than the fat lady's arm pit. Ship it to Ontario Canada where it's drier than AZ in winter and it's gonna curl like a potato chip. ;)

BTB575 has a solid mahogany body. BTB675 has an ash body with a walnut laminated top.

The American Standard has 20 frets(Dot Markers), passive single coil pickups. The Amercain Deluxe has 21 frets (Block Markers) , stacked coil N3 Humbucking pickups and 3 Band EQ/Active electronics with passive bypass switching, and a Stealth "B" string retainer.
