Yes, that’s the correct. Adjusting the input impedance doesn’t seem to help though for me anyway

Very true, tried that but seems the input gain adjustment is the only thing that mitigates the issues so far.

Wouldn’t an input pad like those found on the front of an amp be great in the QC? Then those with a hotter bass wouldn’t need to adjust the input gain in every capture. My bass is pretty hot so similar issues as mentioned above with most captures distorted. Only a thought, but very little...

The only useful thing they could add right now would be an refined/updated Tonehammer pedal with the headphone input and possibly Cab sim’s (still not a big fan yet). For the rest, just get the damned prices down again, especially in the U.K. Totally priced out of the game currently. Still...

Assuming you’ve tried raising the pickup(s) a mm or two, or lowering the action of those two strings slightly first? Using a compressor to fix a common setup issue is a bit of a ‘sledgehammer to crack a walnut’ approach, which can only assist to a certain degree without heavy compression levels.

Recent QC purchase here too. Bought the Neural gigcase and it messes with my OCD too much (UK plug doesn’t quite fit in the slot and find it too bulky) so, got this on Ali Express for £17.99 including postage Lol

What are you QC owners using to practice with at home in terms of studio monitors or in-ears that you’d recommend? The normal bass rigs and Powered P.A. Speakers, I’m aware of. Just trying to avoid keeping the unit if I’m only going to be running it though the my Aguilar rig at home to hear it...

Just got mine today. Saw one was in stock yesterday and boom….. Also having mixed feelings on the unit similar to the chap above. Slightly fuzzy or unnatural sounding E string but think the output source is key to it sounding great. Don’t think my M-Audio monitors or Shure SE-215 in-ears are up...

Maybe a silly question and apologies if it has been asked already. How good is the pitch tracking/tone on the shifter mode for the Nemesis? Also, can the delay time be dropped low enough to 'just' use it as a pitch shifter? (Double duty from one pedal ) My main interest is in the octave down...

Works absolutely fine unless you have a deaf guitarist (thankfully not all are haha!). If you really need more later on, a DB210 opens it up even more. Your ears will be very pleased...... Enjoy!

Yes indeed Sir, fits nicely underneath the Pedaltrain. Good point, forgot to mention I have a Diago Isolator before the H9 for this purpose. Should be fine as long as you don't have another high current digital pedal in the Daisy chain.
