Oddly enough, if you have a Hamfest (Ham Radio Convention) that comes anywhere close to you, this is THE PLACE to find NOS tubes. Make the relationships with these people. I have huge stockpiles of NOS Sylvania, RCA, and GE tubes. You may have to do a little digging through some dusty old boxes...

You are correct the 6c4 tube does not have a shroud, this is also true of the tubes in the lower chassis.

More often than not, you're going to play through something that has a "Peavey" logo on it... Interestingly they used the SVT-DI out at Acuff for years almost exclusively. I think most of them were destroyed in the flood of 2010. I still see an occasional one being used but not many, and not often.

Those magnavox amps are beautiful! Look to be very early and VERY clean! I've only owned a couple of these and I found them to be significantly louder than the Linden amps. That rig right there would run you out of a BIG room! Awesome!

Parts can be very difficult to find. I have a small boneyard of amps I raid for parts. As time goes on things like transformers can become nearly impossible to find.
