100 year old Pine P bass build

I love this thread. it's like tuning into a favorite t v show at the end of the week to see whats gonna happen. I get so worked up waiting for the next set of photos to be posted that I feel like banging on tables with hammers. Nice build bro.

Thanks a lot guys. All of you are pretty awsome.
Richielowb, thanks. this is only my third build. The only other build I have that's available to view is the Tele Challenge on the TDPRI. You can find that here.

Have a look, and i hope you enjoy it.

Picasa is unlimited - I have over 26,000 pixs on it - but the website is limited to 8G at a time.

Note about IMGUR::

Stuff not to do

Don't upload copyrighted material, harassment, spam, gore, pornography, or anything that looks like pornography. If you do, we will ban you along with the site you're hotlinking from, delete all your images, report you to the authorities if necessary, and prevent you from viewing any images hosted on Imgur.com. We mean it.
About Imgur

All images uploaded are completely anonymous, and only the people you share them with will see them. However, if you share them with the Internet and they become popular, then they may be featured in the gallery. This means that if you upload an image to share with your friend, only your friend will see it. However, if you share an image with Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Reddit, etc, and it becomes popular, then it may end up in the gallery.
Hotlinking

Hotlinking to any image is fine, but just keep in mind that this is a free service, so please be nice to our servers. Also, please link back to the image's page on Imgur, which is the same link as the image but without the file extension. If you abuse this privilege, then bad things will happen (see "Stuff not to do").

Total Account Images 225 Limit
Standard accounts are limited to the 225 most recent images. After that, the newest uploads will be shown and the oldest uploads will be bumped out of the account (not deleted, just hidden from within the account).

Image Compression 1 MB maximum 5 MB maximum
With standard accounts, images over 1 MB will be compressed until they are less than 1 MB. With pro accounts, your images aren't touched in any way unless they are over 5 MB, in which case they will be compressed until they reach 5MB in size.

Image Removal 6 months with no views
Normal images that are not viewed for 6 months may be removed.

Ads Yes :-(

Time to move on to finishing the body. Firstly, there were a lot of people who wanted me to finish this in a transparent finish. To those people, i'm sorry i could not accomodate you. For a lot of reasons, but mainly because of cost. I can do a solid color for $40-$60. Transparent or tinted would cost me 2-3X that. Bottom line? I could not afford it.
That said, shot primer on the body today.

Hopefully, i'll be able to lay down the color coats this evening, or tomorrow evening at the latest. thanks for watching.
P.S> Uploaded these pics to Picasa3 web album. Used the link provided. They do not show up. Just get the little square with the X in it. Uploading to Imgur. Will post the pics in this post ASAP.

Edited to fix pics.

Picked a color yet?

And I think you've got your security set too high on your Google Webpage. The links are calling for an auth key.

Oops... there's nothing to see here. Either you do not have access to these photos, or they don't exist at this web address. Please contact the owner directly to gain access.

Go to the Website and you'll find a permissions area. Open it to anyone with the link - but don't go public with it or it can get used by anyone - unless you want that and it's OK with you.

There are three layers of security -

1) ONLY those on your GMail and Contacts list
2) ONLY those with the URL
3) Anyone with a search engine.

OK - get up the area where the pixs are ---then click on ACTIONS drop-down box - and goto ALBUM PROPERTIES and you'll see a VISIBILITY Drop Down - and pick "LIMITED - Anyone with the link" (and that's once the pixs are uploaded).

If you do that from Picasa3 in your machine at first when you upload them, it won't need to be changed on the webpage later.

Then you didn't take the album URL and post it - or you are trying to use the unexpanded file as a URL.

Open the file in the webpage, then look in the left column and see that there's a LINK TO THIS ALBUM hyperlink - it'll open the the URL that you can post here

OR if you want to do it pix-by-pix (the best way) then just make sure that the pix is in full view and just right click somewhere IN the pix and COPY IMAGE LOCATION, and just paste that on THIS site (TB) between the two commands :::

Once you get this wired, you're gold! It is really simpler than any other pix-posting site that I have found - and the security settings make it almost bulletproof.

Let me ask this though::: you're NOT trying to post the pixs from your Picasa3 program that's in your machine - are you?

That won't work unless you let us all have your username in Google and your password - don't do that!

You have to send them here by upload to your screen named website that Picasa will attach to your screename in your Google account.

I have tried both of these. I still can't get the picture to display. Guess i'll be going back to Photobucket. With all it's problems, I can get pics to show up.
