Recommendations?? I am done with smaller speakers. I have always been a big fan of the feel and tone of 18's, but they are a little sluggish for a more progressive sound. I think a dual 15 cabinet is what I am and have been looking for...
Big Bertha's are good on paper, but I have never heard one and have not found an SWR that I like the horn sound.
Old version Peavey dual 15's would work, but I would dump the crappy BW's and put something else in them. Short of having LDS make me one, what else is out there that does not weigh a million pounds and will give me a huge amount of power handling. Need it to handle about 800w and be 4Ohms.

I would like USA made and quality. I am looking for a cabinet that will take a work out and keep up. It will need to be able to last 10+ years without worries..
Oh, here is one to blow everyone away, I prefer rat fur as well. Do not at all like the ToughTex or bedliner spray on stuff..

I would find a Peavey 215D. Dont look past the Black widows though, as long as they are the 1505-8DT's, and not the 1502's.

I am starting to think I should just replace the speakers in my Schroeders and keep on keeping on. It doesn't seem to be the popular direction with 2x15's any longer. Years ago, 15's and 18's were bass speakers and 10's and 12's were guitar speakers. I guess that is why I would like to go back to the 15's.
