2011 NFL Preseason/ The Beginning

We'll see what happens. It is a bit more complicated than you make it out to be.

You'll be more nervous than I will at that game and you know it. If we lose, no biggie. If you lose....yeah, it will result in the NOLA fans saying "who cares if we lost this game, we won the SB last year". But hey, at least you will have lost (again) to the six time Super Bowl Champions.

Nervous?

...pfft...

If anyone should be nervous, it's all the guys in the Steelers huddle that can't hear themselves thinking.

:D

Then youn'z must have your TV's turned off, or you're living under a rock.

Both of those morons have their own reality shows, and Chad is more interested in Twitter than an NFL career.

Cincy beat the Steelers TWICE last season, without a competent #2 receiver.

I'd say that the Steelers getting Polamalu back and Cincy picking up TO makes things a wash...

...while I agree that TO and Ocho are both clowns, you might want to take their team seriously.

;)

It won't last much longer. The Saints will drop a game or two early and return to mediocrity, then Gard will post only now and then. As he has done with his LSU Tigers in the NCAA thread.

-Mike

Wrong answer, on two counts:

1: You forget - no matter HOW badly my Saints are doing, I'm in these threads slingin' poo like a rabid monkey.

I like LSU just fine.

I BLEED BLACK AND GOLD!

;)

2: If you think the Saints are going to play football like anything but the defending SB XLIV Champs, then you have confused them with the 2008-2009 Pittsburgh Steelers.

:smug:

sometimes, I think you really look like this in your day to day life :D :spit: :) ;) :hyper:

Matter of fact, I think you are in actuality Drew Brees with a smiley for a head :p

I'm pretty much a full-on, real-life version of what you see here. I'm having fun, not mean-spirited, and love the game of football almost as much as I do breathing. I love my Saints just a bit more than that.

;)

So what if they have reality shows? What's that have to do with how good they are on the field? Get your blinders off and see it for it really is. You're spoon-fed the drama via ESPN and the news and sheepishly eat it up so you can feel better about yourself/your own team/the world/etc. The REALITY of it is that they are still great athletes, they're still two of the best in the league, and they're not only saying all the right things but doing all the right things to help this team.

Anyone can like a team that's doing well but it's a test of character to stand by a team that was so bad for so long.
