Sheesh...
....get it right, it's
19-0 to win the SB undefeated!
And, while I'm crazy about my team, I'm not stupid enough to start counting preseason wins as a sign of anything, anymore than I am going to count losses as anything.
Instead, I will comment on what I did see:
Junior Gallette will be playing on Sunday this year - he was a one-man wrecking crew when he was on the field.
Jonathan Casillas looks very solid at LB, and Stanley Arnoux was in the mix and looking good (Arnoux is a favorite of mine, I really want him to do well)
Arrington looked OK, but dropped a sure TD on a slant in the 4th quarter
Larry Beavers (there's a name asking for trouble!

) looked FAST on a few returns, but needs to be more sure-handed to have a chance at making the roster
Both Ramsey and Daniels looked good at QB - not season-long starter good, but 3-4 games keeping us out of trouble good, so I'm comfortable with our backup QB situation
Kickoff and punt coverage were awful, there are some guys that will be getting pink-slipped this week from those players
Only injury for us: Thomas Morestead had a minor dislocation of his shoulder - because he was making a tackle on a long runback allowed by the awful punt coverage. It appears he will be fine, but the good news is that Garrett Hartley (PK) filled in very well for him.
There are areas that were sloppy, need a lot of work in all three phases, but the pieces are in place, and the coaches have a good picture of who will and won't be up to the task now.
