That reminds me what Yogi Berra once said, 90% of baseball is mental, the other half is physical.

Totally. In baseball, that's definitely true because there really isn't a lot of physical movement as compared to other sports, and none more than hockey. It's why a guy with the talent of Albert Pujols can go 2 months without hitting over .200. The mental and physical effort required from hockey is beyond that of any other sport IMO. With baseball, the mental part IS 90%.
