2015 pedal wrap up

2015 was the year that I got into pedals, period. I have a Dunlop Crybaby wah and a Marshall Jackhammer distortion pedal that were given to me as presents like 13 or 14 years ago (and I've used them occasionally), but I decided to build a board this year of all mini pedals:

Metro 16 board
Polytune 2 Mini
Spark Mini
SP Compressor
Juicer
Tube Screamer Mini
Flashback Mini
Angel Chorus
Tape Machine
Allspark boost
Custom-built mute switch I got for $20 off some guy

I am contemplating the purchase of an SL Drive and a Green Mile (because 2 tube screamers isn't enough I guess), and a Corona chorus. I admit that most of this stuff is pointless and I likely will only bang around on it at home and not really use it on gigs.

Tech21 VT Bass, definitely a keeper. One reason for buying was the cab simulation function as I plug direct into the PA in this band. However, I suspect I'll be using this pedal even when I go back to playing through my amp.
Mooer Tender Octaver. Couldn't justify the cost of the EHX microPOG. For the few songs that need octave up, it sounds great. Definitely a keeper.
Mooer Sweeper. Again, bought this because I only need the effect on a couple of songs. Not convinced by this, will likely come off my board in 2016.

I actually went backwards with pedal acquisition in 2015..got rid of a bunch that were just being rotated in and out of my rig for various reasons..kept the staples(MXR bass d.i.+, Dunlop bass wah and Boss tu2) and added a multi(Boss ME50B) for the modulation and delays, turns out the compressors aren't too bad...nothing exciting going on here as I rarely use them live..
the only thing I will aquire this year will be the EH bass soul food...

So, I know I posted here before with just saying that I simply bought too many pedals in 2015, and I really did, right up until the last minute.

I really expanded my pedal collection like crazy, but, in the process, found lots of neat ones.

I did jump into the Spaceman rabbit hole however. Mostly because of @DirtyDuke , who also found me quite a few rare gems - thanks dude! But, also with encouragement from @Mosfed and @BartmanPDX (Bart is the one who got me my first Spaceman deal of the year).

I know it's not thanksgiving, but, still, thanks guys!
