No pics right now, but I received a G. Gould GGi-6 fretless this year and placed an order for a GGi-6 fretted that is a bit behind schedule on delivery. That about wraps it up for me and basses as far as I'm concerned. I also have a GGi-5 fretted that breaks my redundancy rules, but has been with me since my transition to 5's and has seen a neck/truss rod upgrade. Redundant, but beloved. The basses to rule them all. One bassist to play them.

Alright. You twisted my arm. Here is a group photo missing the new fretted that has not quite arrived. Note the generalized photographic incompetency. This is not a stylistic choice, just bad photography.
I owned a Grabber years ago and the pickup position never seemed to make a difference (another bassist I talked to said the same thing).
I added the three on the left in 2023.

I've played a few Shine basses, they knew what they were about; a very competent company instead of a 'bargain basement' outfit.
Being Korean they sourced locally so it's Jin-Ho tuning pegs, Sung Il bridges, Artec or G&B pickups/preamps. This Tele bass has a 2 piece ash body, join is really nicely done
Neck is sweet, not too thick front to back with a fairly flat radius. Tele body shape gives it a slight neck dive, that aside it's a perfectly good bass; be a crime to break for parts.If there's Glarry folks interested, tell them to check used listings; SBA-704 was discontinued 5 - 6 years back.

I didn't really acquire a bass, but I did do some finishing on my 6 string Franken fretless which I have the build in my sig. Other than that, I got my Shuttlemax 12.0.
