I sold the Doom2 to go towards a new head after selling my old Markbass. Ended up using some luck to grab a Calamity and think I'm happy on the fuzz front. MKIII is staying for now though.

I'm enjoying the Calamity myself more than the D2, but I will say if I had a smaller board, and room for only one fuzz, the Doom 2 would be perfect, for fuzz and drive. I thought is was a little too much swiss army pedal for me, my OCD ars couldn't come to a favorite setting and it just didn't get used

I didn't use mine as much as I thought I would, the Calamity definitely punches pretty hard and I think I'll be stepping on it more often.

Each pedal is worth 275~300 depending on how much screen print is remaining honestly, they're very good pedals, I use my mk3 everyday, but they're simply not worth any more than that.

I wish Spencer would say something, anything.. shut all this non sense down, I sold my D2 in hopes that maybe he would make more.

I'm tempted to just buy a knob to see what happens lol

The Proton Octabvre and Doom are all back in stock on the 3Leaf Website. Only the Proton is sold brand new and not B-Stock. Let's hope the used prices drop.

The Doom2 had a little bit of what I'd call patina on it but it didn't change in the time I had it. Normal care would probably keep it looking the same but it is a bit of charm.

Snagged a Doom2 and Octavbre. Isn't there something we can do to save the finish? Like spray it in laquer or something?

It's like blue on a gun, any light oil rubbed into the metal should be fine. Covering may slow the rust but it would be possible to keep rusting under the top finish with something like a clear, if it stuck

Hoping I can get one of the new Doom 2 enclosures. I’ve lost a few letters and tonight I found an O and the 2 on the floor.
