3Leaf Audio Club - Episode 2

Possibly? I was under the impression you had to mark them as "hold" or some such thing, otherwise they get sent out individually?
That was my understanding as well. Given that, he probably just focused on shipping the domestic ones first. The international ones require more time and individual attention because of the customs forms. If you don't hear anything by Wednesday I'd say email Spencer. (Or email him now if you want lol. But I'd give him a couple more business days.)

Not weird at all. I do the same thing, and am always a little disappointed when it's completely blank inside.
I feel so seen right now.
Me, too. I have three Broughton signed pedals and was really hoping the Groove Regulator would be…
Wow! None of my Broughtons are signed. Those must be some early ones indeed. Very cool.

Any of yall still rocking a GR2? First time owning one and it's been a lot of fun so far. Tons of usable settings and one of the fattest filters I've played. 250 in the loop is amazing for all the funky stoner rock vibes.

My GR2 remains my envelope filter benchmark. Planning to comapre it to the Proton soon!

Last time, international orders were sent a week after the regular orders.

Also, remember the 4th of July update :
OCTABVRE circuit boards are behind schedule due to a manufacturing problem at the circuit board shop. I can get enough boards to build the ones reserved for international customers (those will be ready next month) but a full release will not happen until September at the earliest.

According to this, the international customers should receive both the Proton and the Octabvre together. Probably not, but since a small batch of Octabvre are meant to be ready this month, and considering I have already received an invoice for both the Proton and Octabvre, I guess there is a chance the international customers get them both together.

Hence the delay.
Anyway, don't worry.

I got mine today, I'll try to post a sound clip. It's more subtle than I expected. Anyone else get one yet?

I've had exactly the opposite experience. I wasn't expecting how wild it can get... I've been able to get everything from extra dubby dark sounds with the Response knob all the way down, to super bright MF-101 laser beam quack with resonance that almost self-oscillates. It can be subtle, but it can also go quite a bit beyond "Bootsy." I was only expecting "Proton V2 with a tone knob," but I was surprised at how much more range the V4 has by comparison. The controls seem to have more available, and you don't have to turn the knobs as much to get similar changes.

EDIT: Also of note is that the V4 seems to have a slightly different overall character than the V2... Tough to describe. The V2 has been in my top three filters since I got it, because it's a nicely thick and chewy filter. But the V4 seems to be even a bit thicker, which I love. Maybe because it's an optical filter, and I don't think the V2 is?

I think I can say that the V2 isn't going anywhere, but the V4 has replaced it in my top 3 favs out of the 38 (maybe even 40 now?) envelope filters I've owned or tried.

5sg.
