I’ve used the Moog EXP-3 too and use it with IE pedals as well.

Regarding a boost, I agree this can make a big difference. I use a boost pedal in front of a Malekko mini filter on another board and the boost allows access to tones I can’t otherwise access with some of my basses.

During my lunch break, I haphazardly wired up the Wonderlove 2 that just came in the mail, with the octabvre and green Russian fuzz (waiting on a doom 2) in the loop, and this things is really cool! Will just need to get a longer trs cable for my exp pedal if I'm going to run this setup

Definitely a lot of tones available, and it'll take a bit to nail the interactivity between the knobs, but I'm digging it so far

Way fuller sounding than the digitech bass synth wah I've been using forever!

I'm using a passive jazz bass that I put together w/ Bartolinis & its running into a GK 700rb mkii paired w/ two Neo 212 iis

Typically I dont have the resonance so high but it gives it the extra juice that the Chromatron normally lacks ime & these settings are as close as I've been able to come to the Sir Psycho Sexy tone on BloodSugarSexMagik

Is it starting to feel like it's almost Doom 2 order shipping time to anyone else? Getting excited to finally get my hands on one, and try it in the loop of my wonderlove 2 with the octabvre!

As luck would have it, the drummer from my metal band and I are trying to get another project going where we'll play classic video game music (and make it our own) with a synth player that'll play the leads. Should be fun stuff, and these pedals will help get me those tones for sure.

I finally get it. It’s been years of reading about it, but I just never could bite the bullet. I’ve now got the OC-2, Doom 2, Xero DLX combo with some other goodies.

I was laughing at the depth of the sounds into headphones. This is a full stereo rig, but I’m currently immobile after a hip surgery and am just using my Waza Bass headphones on the left channel of the Volante.
