Scotland 6-24 Wales,
I did think this one may have been Scotland's game, unless Wales could break the bad run, which fortunately for them this game has. The first try, great stuff, good set-up, some more of that please. Better 2nd half by Scotland, a different approach, had it's moments, but Wales hung in for the moral up and much needed win TBC.......

Eh ok game but not good enough for Wales, they didn't show enough hunger imo. Scotland messed up a couple of times.
They still have games vs France (2), England (1, at Twickenham), etc.
No disrespect to Scotland, but it would have been a bit of a shocker if Wales would have lost.

7's is a very different game, there is some overlap, but they can be played independantly (just as League and Union has little overlap
)I can't agree with that one, going into the match the teams were pretty evenly matched. I was glad we had the homefield advantage (Murrayfield is a 5 minute walk from my flat
).The Scotland - Wales game was terrible, not talking about the score here, but that is exactly what it was. Wales deserved the win, but both teams played terribly!
So many stupid mistakes from Scotland, crap passes, shallow running and people out of position.
I think we'll have trouble beating Italy at the standard they are playing right now. Unless we really pull the stick out, Scotland are going to get the wooden spoon!
Hard to believe we beat South Africa 3-4 months back . . .

France - Ireland could be interesting tomorrow, money would have to be on France, but I think Ireland will pick up the pace on the game last week and bring a strong game.

Game was never going to be brilliant though, Wales lost the last 9 matches, and Scotland are trying to improve form, neither of them were going to come out of the pits a blazing, but it might be the kick up the a$$ Wales need TBC.......

I still expected Scotland - Wales to be better, I'll admit that I haven't watched many Wales games recently, but I knew they were in a bit of a rut, and it's good to see them get a win. Scotland just went to **** IMO, there were only three bad Scottish games over 2010 and 2011 IMO;
2010 - Scotland - Wales in the 6 nations (and to be fair, that was only the last 5 minutes!)
2010 - Scotland - NZ, a complete walk over.
2011 - Scotland - Wales in the 6 nations!
(and as a close 4th, Scotland - England in the 6 Nations last year, it was a draw, but we should have had the win, I've never seen anyone hit the posts twice in a row!)
But bugger it, lets look forward. Regardless of how France play, O'Driscoll and O'Gara are some of the best players in the world, not to mention a devestating group of forwards. Love the AVIVA Stadium.

This is off to a good start, looks like it's going to be a highly physical game, and France really need to pick it up if they want a hope, Ireland are going all guns blazing, hopefully see them keep up this pace!
Ireland deserved to win there, France still show the power they have, but they certainly seem to have been knocked down a peg!
Fuming, absolutely fuming. I think we played the better game overall, but we had too many errors and we paid for them hard.
Should have been Ireland, they brought the game there. France? Not the form to be expected, but it's what happens on the day. A few too many mistakes by Ireland trying to make it happen, France admits they had some luck there, and they did, great stuff, interesting game.
