916 Pickups Club

I think we should send one to Babylon Sun for a demo. I'm also reaching out to Fuzzed Drones.

@TDR1138, what style of demo are you looking for and what type of music would you use one for? Thanks.
Just finished up the files for 52mm or as I figured out creating files it's actually 51.4mm for the EB so just let me know what version to build for demo. Appreciate the assistance in getting demos.

Gorgeous!

How similar to the T-40 pickup is this under the hood sir (I see 4 thinner C8s rather than one big one between the two blades…is that right?)?
The use of 4 magnets for a double SF or two SF in one cover is that the pickup does Not work for parallel wiring because the magnets are out of phase for the parallel wiring.

In order to have two coils in one cover the pickup has to be a standard Humbucker / T40

The double SF was by request , also requested was parallel wiring , but both can not be had at the same time. I did not think about the magnet arrangement of two SF making parallel not possible.

Prototype experiment with making 51.4mm string space chrome EB covers universal for any string space. This cover was cut for a 56 mm blade. 25mm steel was used for a Stacked Neo EB design. Pickup is in the 15k range and has the ability to split for single coil use

I’d like to issue @Matt Kustom an apology,
I had ordered a some super ferrite's from Matt some time ago for a peavey grind 5/ b quad 5 hybrid mutt

They were good soundingn pickups- so his quality was there..

But I had an issue with them being super microphonic.. He told me this was the way they were from factory (privately) and after this point I said something in the public group stating this and bashed him publicly without a moment to think clearly and carefully.

I also disbanded the chat and didn't respond back to him, nor did I give him a chance to correct it and rectify it.. And that's on me as as I thought and assumed he wouldn't

But I was wrong.. I messaged him on a whim for my new Kiesel and decided to ask him, he messaged promptly and though I was a thorn, still treated me with great service despite what happened in the past. As well as saying it I still had them he would re-work them/ tweak them

I should have given him a chance, and I should I have been better as a customer
