A bass that I find very interesting...

I like the idea of it, but it bothers me that the builder uses upside down tuners and does not have adjustible bridge saddles. Other mechanical engineers will chime in to explain why having the worm gear on top keeps the tuner from having mechanical stress, and it is no less minimalist to get proper tuners. Moreover, the two-saddle non-adjustible bridge is an obsolete relic. Fender changed to individual saddles in 1957, and Gibson got rid of the bar version of their bass bridge and went to individual adjustible saddles in the 60's, both to get proper intonation. Even if the player plays a set of strings that intonates properly on that bridge, there is no guarantee that they are that consistent from set to set, and as we all know, companies are notorious for changing either models or manufacturing specs of string without notice. I guess if a player wanted to be that minimalist, then the bass itself should be fretless with no dots or fret marks.

Yeah, that's something alright. Usually if I'm not a fan of a bass that someone else loves, I just go on with no comment.
Respectfully, this just has too weird of a look to me. As if someone assembled it without reading the instructions. YMMV, if ot works for you than rock it proudly.

Interesting concept and I do like innovation... ...when it works.
I can see a few issues here; bridge is not adjustable, volume is around the back and that cable for the pickup is going to get cut in half the first time I put it down.
Still, it's interesting, but I can't see myself with one. Personal opinion of course.

I give credit to anyone that comes out with a new design that's not just another take on the basses we've seen in one form or another for the past 60+ years, so it has that going for it. For me though, it doesn't really have much appeal, and I'm sure my opinion matters to them approximately as much as it should.
I love when luthiers stretch out. I also have been looking for an all-in-one solution to my having to file documents whilst in a heated jam dilemma. All joking aside, I'd like to give it a run around the proverbial block a couple of times. I love this kind of stuff. Nice post, O.P.
Nope, innovative disign. You don't have to like it. I sure don't. But please take it for what it is.
