Yes. He said earlier that it turned when he checked it. What we don't know is if the buyer broke it and is now trying to blame the seller. There are two sides to every story and in this case there is no particular evidence where i'm going to take sides. One says it was fine, the other says that it broke. There was an in-person inspection, so the responsibility transfers there unfortunately.
