First Gallus bass to be built.
Ash body with Mac Ebony top and a Wenge/Ash accent.
Wenge/Bloodwood 5 piece neck with an acrylic impregnated Black Limba finger board.
ACG EQ01 with a SB in the bridge and a RFB in the neck.
Amber LED's in the side dots.
Satin finish.

I love this one, Alan! Myrtle is some of my favorite stuff, as you know. 
I really like the Recurve shape as a 5-string, and the piezo/single mag pickup combo seems like just the ticket for fretless. Except for the lines, this is pretty close to my dream fretless!

And I completely agree that black would be a better background. Alas, I only had a spare duvet to hand, so white it was. One day I'll get some black cloth and a spare hour to take some decent shots of all my basses.

cool, so what are you using to shoot?
Olympus E-520 (I've got small hands!). Those were shot with the 14-42mm kit lens, with FL-36 flash sitting in the hot shoe. Spare duvet on the living room floor, swivel the flash round to bounce off the ceiling, set to f8.0 at 1/160s and shoot, shoot, shoot!
Quick fiddle in Lightroom to get everything looking even (and crop out the kids' toys creeping into shot) and there you have it.
There will be a bit more of BE's work going up on the Graft thread just shortly.

Finally after 8 days in a UPS depot this bass got to it's new owner.
