Acoustic B600H Problems

I recently bought a new Acoustic B600H bass amp head at The Guitar Center. I only used it for three gigs and it started to act strangely. The first two gigs it sounded fantastic. On the third gig, the volume and tone changed on its own without me touching any controls on the amp. At the fourth gig, the power light came on but absolutely no sound came out at all and I had to use a back up amp to perform. I set the amp up in my house the next day and it came on and had sound but it clicked and the sound went off and right back on again. Yesterday, I set it up again and it worked perfect. I am running the head into an 8 ohm cabinet with 2 EV 15" speakers in it. When it works fine, the speakers sound great. I am not sure if it is a breaker switch or power supply problem that might cause this to happen.

What would be causing such issues?

Well, I contacted The Guitar Center closest to me in Monroeville, PA and they are completely sold out of those Acoustic amps right now. Even though I bought it at another Guitar Center in Virginia Beach, there was absolutely no problem returning it for a new one. The assistant manager ordered one from the Harrisburg, PA store new in the box and will have it shipped there by Monday and they will call me to go and swap it for the new one. That sucks but that is better than taking a chance on this one. All Acoustic amps have a 3 year warranty and Guitar Center has a 2 year swap out policy on those amps if anything breaks in 2 years, they will trade it for a brand new one. Can't beat that warranty.

did anyone find a solution to this? Im having the same problem. Found a relay right before the output that was acting up. Bypassed it. Now it just hums. No sound. Pre amp works fine. Bypassed it already. Power supply?
