Albums that you consider "perfect"...

Generation Terrorists - Manic Street Preachers
Gold Against The Soul - Manic Street Preachers
Echo Park - Feeder
Swim - Feeder
Word Gets Around - Stereophonics
Performance And Cocktails - Stereophonics
Free All Angles - Ash
Meltdown - Ash

Tool - Lateralus
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (a lot better than Dark Side IMO)
Les Claypool's Frog Brigade - Purple Onion
Rage Against the Machine - s/t
Buckethead - Colma

Those are some of my favorites, I can't vouch for them being "perfect" but I rarely get tired of listening to them. =)

"Blood Mountain" by Mastodon is IMO the most perfect recording. Everything is super tight but retains kind of a raw, live sound and it's some of the most amazing drum and bass work ever (again, IMO).

"In the Arms of God" by Corrosion of Conformity is a very raw-sounding recording as well. But I think the very minor imperfections seem like they're done in such a way that they're deliberate. Kind of a cool sound if ya ask me.

Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" is perfect all around as well as Tool's "Lateralus". There are a few more but those would be at the top of my list.

A few i'd think about have been mentioned already: ok computer, the wall, illinoise, kind of blue, ritual de lo habitual, sgt. pepper... These i would add: (in no order of preference)
Counting Crows - agaust and everything after...
The Police - synchronicity
Grateful Dead - american beauty
Lou Reed - transformer
Lambchop - is a woman
Joni Mitchell - Hejira
Astor Piazzola - libertango
