I've always believed the Italian government (or should I say the nutball original prosecutor)framed her and her boyfriend from the start. Complete evidenciary rubbish from the getgo.

Now the Italian courts find her guilty again.....based on more *cough* "evidence".

What do you think?

Yep. I wonder how many kicks at the can they'll take before letting go of it.

It sure has made the Italian courts look like incompetents.

Why? Because she's cute? There are *tons* of cute and cuter girls out there. And most of them aren't possibly murderers.

I dont know but I like to believe her guilty. whaddawordimprobablynotallowedtotype.

that being said, yes the italian justice system is poopie. So its a wonder she isn't in prison right now.

And her life isnt ruined as long as she isn't found guilty since there's a lot of money to be made out of this case. Books, tv movies and so on

she has been found guilty.......and that means travel , something a young girl might want to do is no longer an option....it's a big world out there,and i'd bet she wanted to see some of it.....books,movies maybe, but i'd bet that the family has just about been destroyed financially by all this,as well as any privacy they might have known..........the life she knew is gone....whether money from books or movies can buy her another one of comparable value is debatable....famous/infamous is not a fun way to live....even those who sought fame often regret it later.....

I don't believe she's involved. Every piece of evidence against her appears manipulated while the evidence against the guy they already have seems pretty straightforward. The way the courts work there seems "guilty unless proven innocent" to me which is backwards from what I've been raised to expect from our own justice system (yes I know there have been exceptions and railroadings). She is cute and she has my sympathy due to my belief in her innocence.

In their system the prosecutors have way more power to wield than USA or Canada. The first trial was a sham based on the prosecutor's delusions. And he was well known for delusions.

The guy that they arrested and is now serving time didn't even factor much into their original charges.

They seem to have a personal vendetta against Knox.....and this latest finding is , to me, is just an attempt to "save face"

The type of evidence they supposedly have now is based a lot on forensics.

Originally they laid complete waste to the crime scene and screwed up much of what forensics were available then.......not that they cared thanks to the bizarre mindset of the prosecutor.

Based on the way they operate over there I have zero faith in any of the new
findings" they come up with.

Sort of like that other case where the young girl was abducted and the British parents were #1 target right away....again "forensics" were completely trashed and overlooked while the local police bumbled their way through it.
