Man...I wonder how many redwood decks I could build with that one fallen tree?That's Redwood National and State Park. It's a breath taking place to go. Been there more than a few times. The Avenue of Giants is one of the most amazing stretches of road I have ever traveled.
The sequoias were the real marvels
Ohhhh man, that's tied with Glacier in Montana for my favorite national park ever. I'm lucky, my family used to take me to Sequoia every year during the summer when I was a kid. There's nothing quite like hanging out with the biggest trees in the world by day and climbing a granite slab by night to stare at the entire milky way above you. Magical is an understatement.
