It's still a bit of a pain to work with the Aeros looper, as they don't have some features implemented, yet, like crossfades on loops and other things kind of vital to making soundscapes, but they actually just hired a bunch of new programmers, so this thing's gonna really be amazing, quite soon, a looper/soundscaper's dream.
That scape I put up is basically the Mel9 choir and flute sounds through an El Capistan and an H9, the first texture is mostly Polymoon, Enzo, H9, and Mercury 7, with some stuff from the Boss MD-500, and then the very last texture is the Enzo through the El Capistan and H9.
I'm starting to see an advantage to not changing stuff on my board constantly. I haven't gotten a new pedal since last year, and I'm finally starting to get somewhere. Still want a Particle v2, to process into more texture, but I like where it's going, so far.

Actually, not as hard as you'd think. I did my very first public performance on that radio show after only having it for 2 days.

Used my ditto in my dual rig for a while but it was just an accident waiting to happen. So off it went.
Biggest thing was the drummer needed to hear the bass loop live, and that sometimes is not possible......
You know, I'm finding when not bogged down by the bs that can often come with working with bands, working solo generally has me much more confident in my abilities, and I just seem to be that much more willing to rise to challenges. It's certainly easier to focus when I'm the only one to focus on. I even feel that way about my duo, to a lesser extent.$*#&#& yeah.

Anyone play around with any OTHER granular pedals than the Particle? Just wondering if there are some other cool, yet more affordable options.

I didn't bother making the video hi def; not much to see except my ugly paws and it cut down on the upload time.
I am going to make a few of these. It's different every time I power it up and every time I get some different, weird sounds. I love the spooky sound at the end of this particular run.
The SY-1 is an endless source of coolness, one of the best pedals I've purchased. Call me a Boss fan now.
