seriously though, some peeps who complain about the cost kf a fodera probably think nothing of dropping a few thousand on a new tv every few years or have monthly premium cable charges out the yinyang.

Or new cars every couple years...or or or.

That said, my most expensive instrument ever just arrived last week. Ordered in November. It’s my first thing in the Fodera/Carl Thompson range. I felt weird about it but now that it’s here, I don’t. Not ready for a NBD thread but it really puts the NS stick I’ve been playing to shame. Glamour shots for now.

edit: also holy **** I did not realize what saxophones run.

if you use if for any period of time, the investment will be well worth it.

(if you figure my first fodera was $1,800 in 1985 and that i’m still using it all the time, it comes out to $51/year. i call that a good investment.)
