Empress responded to me today. I can send the pedal in, or swap the pad myself. Gonna watch that video in detail and see how daunting it looks. Worst case - I send it in to them anyway

He is back in his workshop and hired a few people to help make more. I don’t think they will be as hard to come by pretty soon. A bunch of stores just got some per reverb listings I was watching. perfect circuit is doing fall discount too
I know about those discounts. The price on the Erica Bassline desktop is tempting, but I'm getting ready to grab a big modular rig from them.
... and they just bumped the price on that unit up by $60, so the 10% discount coming up won't be 10%

An Erica Synths modular? I have a 168hp case from them that had an issue, and they were great about it. Would buy from them anytime.

Modular is an utter, unending black hole. If effects pedals, even the most far out ones exist in 3 dimensions, modular is in 7. But your system is never finished and the standard is barely a standard.
But you’ll love the Erica. What are you getting for a sequencer? I am partial to the Five12 Vector. But there’s also an argument for something simpler and more WYSIWYG.

really good to know. equivocating about it a bit. it between it or the morph, but it think it’s more my style and also has a sequencer.
