Ambient/Post-Rock/Textural bass playing thread

Got a new jam almost done...the Specular Tempus is growing on me after using it a few hours. The Earthquaker Pyramids is absolutely spectacular. One of my very favorite pedal purchases. There’s a million sounds in that box. Love it

Anyone using an Eventide H9? I’ve heard some interesting demos. When I searches the thread, I only found about eight posts, most of which were a couple of years old. It seems like it might be a useful tool for people interested in this thread. It isn’t cheap, but it offers quite a few options.

A couple buddies had em for guitar...most found em a bit of a pain to quickly navigate live. One said he wished he didn’t sell it now that he’s into synths and hardware samplers. That’s all I got :)

A synth friend lives his. I wonder how easy it would be to navigate and tweak in real-time with the Bluetooth connection to a phone.

I think that’s the way to do it!

Btw, I picked up a Montreal Count To Five today. What nutty little pedal...super cool

Oh man, threads like this are deadly to my savings account...

Found one on Reverb (used/mint) for a really good price... I foolishly offered $25 less than asking, my offer got declined and it sold instantly :(
Oh well, I’ve spent too much on pedals lately anyway

I don’t know if the audio-in routes the signal through the processing/effects. You’d have to check the manual or ask the company. I’d like to know.
I've asked the company... the answer is "The UNO Synth audio input is only meant to mix the signal from UNO Synth with the connected source. This will not process the signal in anyway."

Playing around with Replika XT plug-in for delay effects on a piano line.

I really like the user interface and the sound. Now to see if I can mimic it with my hardware delays :)
I was also working with various reverb and EQ settings to create a depth of field; placing the instruments in space.

Brother, I loved that jam...you’re tapping into the ephemeral more and more. Very excited for where you’re going with this and I have no idea what gear you’re referencing :)
