What if you're a professional milkman that plays 113+ gigs per year?

My guitarists uses one like this at practice for his 5150 2x12. He doesn't use it onstage though because we have guitar in the monitors. He got it from guitar center for $20-$30 if I remember correctly.

Try an "On Stage" amp stand. There are very durable and have a fairly large weight limit on them. Best bang for the buck and built well. Who has $700 for an amp stand? Geez

What we need is someone to invent the dolly/cart/stand.

Something that we can use to transport heavy cabs (and amps), with fixing points so they don't fall off, and when on stage, turns into a stand for the cab/amp with adjustable height and angle.

Who uses them? Any downsides?

I usually run a 210 cabinet which weighs 60lbs. I'm trying to lift it off the floor so as to to rumble the house as much and so I can keep my pedal board tucked away neatly underneath.

So I'm looking for recommendations that will hold the cab upright as I'm also placing a 25lb head on it. Ideally it can hold at least 100 lbs. Bonus points if it can hold a mic stand so I can mic my cabinet

A second cabinet is my favorite method

The guitarist in my band uses one of these and leaves his stack on it while we play. And as a plus it would match An Epifani stack!!

hehe yeah, BUT, milk crates have supported amateur musos very well

jeez, more than half the stages in our pubs are milk crates with plywood sheets on top.

A milk crate with a classy black cloth covering it looks rock and roll !

5 gallon buckets are the new milk crates for stage risers......

If you take this stand, and insert the tops (the part that holds the amp) and rotate them 180 degrees, the amp sit's almost level, and has the longer part of the "leg" under your cab, instead of behind. It's also level enough to let your head sit there without sliding off. I've used it with cabs, PA racks,amps for 7-8 years without issue. And it's $20.

Yep I do the same as wmhill, reverse the top holder and pa head, sometimes my 112 cab, sit nicely on it. I also bought that workbench another showed. It just makes my cab sit way too high for my likes. So the workbench sits in my garage unused. And just haven't used any type stand for awhile now; haven't needed it.

Used one of these for many years, it will hold up to 300 lbs, folds up, and is adjustable. I shortened the legs of mine so that the smallest height would be 18", which is just about right for a 212+ amp head. WS-540 - Quiklok - Professional Music Equipment and Accessories

I use one of these for my mixing board. Very sturdy and extremely versatile, well designed stand. Folds up nicely/compact for storage or transport.
Well worth the money as you can always find other applications for it as well!

I use an idea I got here somewhere on TB. I found an old director's type chair (everyone's got one in the attic), removed the arms and back and all the canvas, and painted it black. Holds 200 lbs, maybe more.
