Fast question: if you got the call tonight to go play a big show for (insert famous artist here), and you were told you needed to bring a big stage rig, which setup would you grab instinctively?

i would take the three SVT heads, the 8x10, the 6x10 and two of the V4 cabs. .......and rent a truck!

thanks! no i didn't, but i do like looking at them (and hearing them) more than my Sony 60" TV that's now hidden behind them.

well, all of my ampeg cab restorations are complete so i thought that i'd take a pic of them all together for an Ampeg 'family' photo. i'd love to use this as a backline rig but it would take up the whole stage for my band. I have also serviced/restored every vintage head with all new filter caps and NOS USA tubes so every one of these rigs runs at factory spec. tomorrow, i'm going to plug them all in and do some A/B comparison tests.:

Y'know John, my lady wife kids me how many basses can I play at once (I have seven). This could not be applied to you 'cos with the right cabling you COULD play all of them at once! I admit I'm no Ampeg fan (grew up on the other side of the pond) but I DO have a B15. Your collection is delightful, I hope you take turns playing them all!

i'm sorry, but yes it is a "Nampeg" (or Vietpeg). it has never given me a problem, sounds just like my two vintage SVT's and its a great amp. everything else in the photo is made in USA.
