The fool cut or broke the G string so he couldn't make it to the tuner, then just switched tuners so he could fit both strings! or maybe just didn't buy a set of strings long enough to fit through the body- either way, that doesn't look too good in an auction! It's insane that someone would try to sell a bass without fixing stuff like that first!
