ok, i picked up a kanger evod Sunday at the dirt mall ... side by side against a kanger t3 -

the evod blows it away. it wicks way better (i mix 60/40, no water), no dry hits, and it fits on the VAMO. only downside, is 1.9ml vs almost 3ml. the tip is a bit shorter and fatter, more like a standard 510 tip feel in the mouth. and, it uses the same coil heads as the protank.

oh - and vapors-choice.com has the protank for $15 ... i need to order cartos anyway this week, i might have to pick one up. would be nice to have a clearo that can handle the mt dew/ecto/random citrusy juices.

I like the Protank, but it hits cold. Just remember that at least the first few hits.

Fuzion juices showed up. Krankberry and Unicorn Blood are fantastic. My first trials on fruity/candy like flavors. I'm impressed. Gummy Blood is pretty good. Purple Pieman is decent hopefully after it settles a bit I can taste more that just banana.
Need to order a 30ml of Krankberry real soon. Then try Nice Melons and a few others in a sample pack.

But I do need a really good dessert flavor with a good throat hit.. Sweets are my favorite.

I'm gonna chime in on this one.

Not a smoker, never have been, never even tried.

However, my mum, who is 56, has been smoking day in day out for 40 years; since she was 16. I always hounded her about quitting, because she always said she wanted to, but wanted to when she was ready.
I told her about those vapour cigarettes, and i guess it stuck in her head. So, she bought one to "Give it a shot" and two days later, she was off of cigarettes, and vapour all together. Hasn't smoked in 5 months now.

tbh, i have no idea what this thread is about. I just wanted to chime in and share a story.

Another success story, well done Saint Mark! :)

nice. my rsst came today ... but all i had left was 28g kanthal ... .8Ω = 4 wraps.
this has to be the easiest genesis to set up ever. unwrapped to vaping - 5 minutes.

congrats on getting your mom off smokes. mine is 63 now, and i can't get her to touch an ecig. she always hacks and gags. my stepmom is the same way. my mom is down to 2 packs a week though - she used to go thru 2 packs a day minimum.

So, it's summer, and I was bored. Cue "creativity".

It's a simple unregulated voltage box mod that takes an 18650; plan to add more detail aethetically for a steampunk effect, as well as a belt clip. Named it the Edysin... Can you tell what it used to be? :p

Does anyone know of an Ego style VV that is reliable? I bought one from health cabin that crapped out in a few months. I then I bought an Ego-V V2 and crapped out in less than a month!

i had a Joye ego twist that lasted 9 months, and i dropped it quite a few times - i ended up shorting it out.
i had another knockoff twist that is getting flaky after about 3 months.
the tiny batteries in the egos, and the ultra-micro regulation circuitry are prone to problems.

while i think the ego form factor VV devices are a great starter unit to variable voltage, and even a decent backup unit - for not a whole lot more $$ you can seriously step the game up with a properly protected device.

SS vamo, 2x panasonic 18650, nitecore i2 charger - 53$.

THE DEAL:
USE COUPON CODE CPASTE13SPRING - from vaporjoes ...

Looks like Joye is the way to go. Problem with Mods is the form factor is a little too big. That and I'm dirt poor. If I have any kind of money, I usually use it for gear. I guess with all the money I've spent, I could have gotten something nicer.

The Joye VV also seems limited to how you adjust the voltage. Now if only they actually made the ego-V V2. Then it would be reliable. 9 months is what I would expect from the ego form factor.

For small form factor devices, I've been hearing good things about the Ovale Elips-C - small, pretty powerful and supposedly the small form factor vapouriser of choice for mod users. This is it:

The only downside appears to be the very small tanks, which only hold 1ml, but you get 5 of them with the device.
