Anyone tuning at 432hz?

Standard is to tune to A = 440hz, but there are several voices saying that we should be tuning to 432hz as was done in the past, to sync all harmonics to the base earth frequency of 8hz.
If anyone is doing it, have you felt any difference? Do you know availabe tuners in the market to tune at 432?

We never tuned to A=432Hz in the past (different orchestras tune to different As, even now), and it just sounds a tiny little bit darker, assuming you preserve the existing intervallic relationship. This whole "harmony with nature" thing that seems to have been popping up lately is ******** though.

A = 432 Hz is as important as the material used in pickguard screws in a Chickenbacker or Chibson bass.

I have an old flute that's A=435. Can't be tuned up enough to play with a modern orchestra at 440 or higher. Really nice instrument, a great player, but useless.

Add a piece of pipe.

The international standard was established as 435 in the Treaty of Versailles at the end of WWI, then modified to 440 in the 1955.

I have no idea which frequency our oboist tunes to, but we all tune to him. Except for me—I use my tuner. Then when I play, I slide around until the warbling stops.

The only time I ever use anything other than A 440 is when I transfer a song from an old recording that is on tape and find that it is a bit slow or faster than when it was recorded. I recently had to adjust my tuning to A 447.5 in order to match the pitch.

When something is that far out I can't tell what the notes are - seriously I have tried to jam along and can barely get within a tone of the nearest actual position on the fingerboard it was played with. I have to try and tune the source material to A=440.

I usually tune slightly sharper than A440, because as I'm finger-plucking the strings they stretch out and tonally "flatten" to normal/standard. If I start at A440 then I'd get flat by the end of the set, because during a live show my adrenaline's pumping, I'm getting into it, plucking hard...

IMO everybody should give the A=432 thing a try and form their own opinion about it

I expect it would make me feel anxious to listen to stuff in A=432 or other similarly off tunings. I have to struggle through the original single release of Teacher these days and watching the first Mad Max movie is right out. It didn't used to be this bad.
