Actually, I believe you'd want to fly WEST.

The next question to ask is where to start? Does the Rapture recognize the IDL? If so, then you may way to get to Midway and start flying west in time to stay just ahead of it...

(...of course, this is just another of those silly bits of reality that escape the Rapturites - it starts at 6? WHERE?!?!?! :scowl: )

That's the direct way of saying what I said here:

"Hey, it's a profit center, either way, isn't it? I mean, we get the money up front, and when it DOESN'T ever happen, we get to keep it. If it does happen (and we all know it WON'T), well, we get a few new puppies and kitties to care for, but with all the empty houses, we'll have plenty of room."

Or, to borrow a phrase from that great modern philosopher, Forrest Gump:

"Stupid is as stupid does."

And anyone ^ enough to give these folks $135 to take care of their pet after the rapture deserves to lose their cash.

Duh! Thanks for the correction, I was facing South at the time and gots my easts and wests mixed up (ok, not really).

Unless, of course, flying East into the rapture creates some paradox in which the rapture never occurs and I end up in some alternate timeline crashed onto a tropical island island with that guy who played the mayor of gotham city in the Dark Knight at that chick from fast & furious.

It's my anniversary. 19 years with the same (good) woman. Those who knew me in my younger days would have said it would be the end of the world before I ever settled down with one woman...

Taking her out to dinner and a weekend of celebration in SF.

I'm a recently converted Christian. I don't understand the rapture & I suppose I won't ever get my head wrapped around it, likewise I think this dude is a con artist, but I just want to say please be sensitive to others' faiths, no matter what you or they believe or don't believe in. I hate Bin Laden as much as the next guy but I'll never attack Islam or Muslims. Peter Murphy is Muslim & I esteem him up there with Bowie & Larry Graham & Jaco. Just sayin' be cool honey bunny.
