If he's so sure he's right let's see him put his money where his mouth is. Let's see him donate his money and worldly possessions to the American Atheists BEFORE the event and, as added proof of his confidence in his statements, let's see him change his will to donate his entire estate to that same organization. If he's correct, then what does he lose? The organization won't be around to use his money now and the world won't exist for them to benefit from the changes in his will afterward.

I listened to his call-in show the other night on a long car ride home from work. A caller asked him this identical question. Specifically, the caller asked if he (Camping) were so confident of his calculation, whether he would send all of his wealth to the caller via a cashier's check.

Camping responded by saying it would not be business as usual after the 21st, and that the caller could not be able to use cash due to the massive system upheaval expected. Therefore the caller's idea (Camping sending his wealth via Cashier's check) was crazy, and he does not entertain crazy ideas on that program.

Not intended as a religious statement, but IIRC the Bible pretty much says *no one knows/God's not telling* so for a self-titled *Christian* this seems like a very odd thing to predict...

Hey, it's a profit center, either way, isn't it? I mean, we get the money up front, and when it DOESN'T ever happen, we get to keep it. If it does happen (and we all know it WON'T), well, we get a few new puppies and kitties to care for, but with all the empty houses, we'll have plenty of room.
