I live in Milwaukee. I will plan to come and can chip in for the venue. Already voted.

Checked it out tonight and it's a great venue.
It's going to involve a half flight of stairs (they're nice and wide though) and the same number of rooms (2 jamming rooms, 1 Gym area for food) as last time, but much more space in each area and a parking lot. I should have the date nailed down in the next couple days. Once that's settled I'll announce the location and open the floor for folks to sign up to volunteer and bring food/snacks/etc.

I had discusssed with another member that while I wasn't at this point interested in bringing in retail stores (GC, CME, etc), I would love to have builders from the area showing their stuff.
