Atrocious Customer Service from Gear4less

It's frustrating when a company doesn't support legacy products and I've had a similar experience myself recently. But a name-and-shame post doesn't always go down well.
I found a picture of Eden's documentation as they were shutting down their original facility.

Frankly, I think you're overreacting.
Frankly, my dear, I don’t…. You know the rest.
To the OP, if @agedhorse is unable to locate what you need, maybe reach out to David Nordschow himself? There’s a guy here on TB named Rip Van Dorn you might ask too. To the others online, if this not possible, please re-advise the OP.

Just an FYI. As an experienced CSR myself, if you get ahold of DN, you might want to just stick to the main points of your original request and not digress too much into your previous frustrations. He doesn’t own Eden anymore, therefore this would most likely be under the “doing you a favor” department.

I found this similar thread on TB that might assist you. Good luck.

Amonst a throng struggling to win the “snide remark contest”, you are a breath of fresh air roccobass. Thanks for this helpful info. It seems to be a rare commodity in TalkBass these days.

At the risk of being helpful. Take a speaker out, find the x-over and take a few decent pics of the crossover and post to TB stating what problem you have (ie - no sound from tweeter) and proof that you’ve tested the tweeter in isolation. Someone will likely provide a list of components in the x-over.

I’m restoring the cabinet. I’m going to take it to the electronics store and see if they can match it. Since Gear4useless was so helpful, I bought recone kits from Speaker Exchange and will recone them myself.

That cab hasn't been manufactured for over 10 years. The company is out of business that made them. Expecting a third party to offer any kind of support for it is a bit much I think. Why would they? Even when Eden was in business the support was hit & miss. You can buy a used working 210XLT for $200. Maybe go that route?
I’m restoring one. Not looking to buy another.

So perhaps I need to provide remedial instructions, but how do you expect me to provide the information when the bulb is on BACK side of the crossover? Forunately, another member provided the necessary picture for me to be able to look it up in my database, which I provided for you earlier.

The speaker exchange recone kits for that driver aren't close to the original parts, good luck with your restoration project.

Just a suggestion, you come across as both disrespectful and having a negative attitude towards pretty much everybody who has tried to help you, including your post title and initial post. Not cool IMO.

It's usually less expensive to find one in better condition than to do a full restoration when starting in that condition. They are pretty inexpensive on the used market in a LOT better condition that what you have right now.

Yeah, but I’m a sucker for saving basket cases. It’s more of a project/quest.

Damn. Now I’m not cool. Woe is me. I think I got two or three helpful posts (yours was one) and probably eight or more snarky posts. Sorry it left me with a less than rosy disposition.

Wow. In looking over the responses to a legitimate customer service fail, I recall that I was pretty active on TalkBass in the late 20-teens. Then somebody said something to me that was highly offensive to both my religious upbringing and my ethnicity, and not a word was said about it. I know I don’t have the media darling ethnicity or religious faith, but I didn’t think sheer abuse of it would be tolerated. After posting here about a legitimate customer service fail, think I see why I didn’t post and talkbass for six or seven years. Thanks to those who reminded me why.

That’s why I mentioned it. There wasn’t any need to get grumpy imo.
