That head would hang over the sides a bit, but should sound nice and warm and punchy!

I somehow, through 40 years of playing, have avoided that ! ( looks for wood to knock on )
Guys, I'm personally waiting for the slightly foretold 'upgraded' *acoustic/PA/home audio/etc* cab from Duke. If I just wanted a cab for electric bass though I might have gone for this one.

By the end of the week I'll be able to tell you how a Barker sounds through a ThunderChild...followed by "neaner neaner neaner" taunts to be heard across the continental US and, despite prevailing weather systems, clear to the UK. Leeds even.

Pretty funny... I've now been moved to the third different venue this weekend in St. Louis (I work for an agency based there). So... I am back to a reasonable sized room and a moderate volume gig.
Final answer... I will give the Thunder Child a nice pounding on Saturday and report back.

It will be my Alleva-Coppolo LM5, and for the first time in a couple years, my old faithful Markbass LMII (that sounds just so good with this cab to my ear). I typically gig the F500, but am bringing the LMII out of retirement with this cab (even though the F500 sounds great with it also).
I really look forward to this. This would be a gig I would typically do with my Schroeder 115L+.

Where do I find a price for this cabinet? And how does it compare to an Anguilar GS112? Maybe answered my own question. "The price is $700 plus shipping, with a $350.00 deposit required to place the order and the balance due before shipment." Is this still true?
