Initial impression is good. Very tight low end, plenty of mids available. With the switches up and the mesa cranked the roscoe can sound like a buzzsaw. Low B stays solid even with the bass turned up. Playing through one hathor it's easy to forget both aren't plugged in. I get the sense they could handle a good bit more power.
4 switches, ports plugged/unplugged, 1 cab, 2 cabs, vertical, horizontal, voice knob, pedals...going to take some time to see what all this rig will do. I've also got a fearless f115 to do some comparisons. But my basement is a terrible place to test cabs. Got a couple of gigs this week with my loud band so it should be interesting.
I wasn't sure if the prodigy would sit well with the cabs vertically stacked. The amp feet hang off a little on each side. Duke put feet on 3 sides of one cab so I could stack horizontally. But the power switch failed in the on position today and mesa is sending a replacement. While I've got the bottom off I'm going to figure out how to put feet closer in so I think the vertical stack will work.
I've been away for work but had a chance go through the setlist for tomorrow nights gig this afternoon and had a blast. Put black hardware on the roscoe, feet on amp...still waiting to see how some pedals work out before final board build.
