Does this mean there is a new 1533 model replacing the 1505 (which replaced the 1544)? If so what are the advantages/benefits of the new high frequency driver config? I believe Duke told me previously that the 5" in the 1505 didn't go as high as the 3" in the 1203 does, so a pair of 3" drivers could allow the 1533 to have a wider frequency response?
What are the specs on that bad boy?
Took delivery on a pair of Hathor 1203 cabs yesterday. They arrived well packed in high quality cartons. I snapped a bunch of pics, will post 'em later, though last attempt to post photos ( my Super Twin conversions, ) to this board was unsuccessful.
No head here, just a couple of Crate practice combos, so unable to report first sound impressions. Driving to rehearsal spot this afternoon for debut with D800. I examined these cabinets in turn by sitting down with them on my lap, flipping them around and over. I mean, really? Kind of surreal, I come from a world of big iron and even bigger cabs.
Will use in a variety of settings, schlep them around a bit, report back. Guess all I can say so far is I'm impressed with the light weight, and even better, the tiny footprint. Tonight will be playing a bone stock 2013 AmStd P-bass.Looking forward to your thoughts after you've had a chance to play through the D-800 1203x2 rig!
New 1203s - little industrial finish jewels.
That Hathor 212 is a thing of beauty. Bet that rocks with the Darkglass head!View attachment 986435 FedEx just delivered a package:

Not if you own cats.Nothing. By definition, a cover is the outermost thing.
