I think a small chunk of bracing has broken off in my TC112 got to try how to get it out of there without pulling the driver. ..

If the symptom is "something loose rattling inside the cabinet", maybe just removing a port will work.
It's a chunk of wood for sure I bought it used may have happened in shipping

Wow - that's never happened before! I'm curious to see what it is. Unless I totally botched a glue job, I can't think of anything that would break loose without a LOT of force being applied.
Removing a port should work, unless it's a really BIG chunk of wood! Mark which screw hole on the port flange is at "12:00" with a bit of tape, so that you can easily re-align the screw holes. Four of the eight holes in the flange were drilled by hand, so they aren't precisely spaced, so this step will save you a bit of time later on.
I was able to get my hand in the port fine no screw removal..pmed the pic.

The pic looks to me like one of the little solid wooden brace-blocks that stiffens the area in between the port cut-outs. It broke free but took some of the plywood with it, so the glue joint was stronger than the wood fibers. So I didn't botch the glue job... instead, apparently it took a VERY hard hit.
But, I'm mystified.. I have NO IDEA what event could have caused that much damage inside the box, and not have pretty much DESTROYED the box in the process! Let me know if you see other signs of damage.

Just a quick word...I'm relatively new to the AK world...and now officially halfway through this thread! It's been interesting, watching these cabs being invented, and developed, and updated, and...loved!
I presently own and love a Barefaced SuperTwin but occasionally wish for more upper mids and highs. Thinking about an H1203 as a quieter gig solution and if I love it, might get another (or a TC112).

OK Guys and Gals. I asked Duke this question and he generously (as always) referred my question back to this thread.
I also posted this request previously in The AK Club.
I was checking out an Alembic bass at a dealer near me who currently carries Alembic`s and brought my Series I Alembic bass to show the guy at the store and let him play it.
Well, I had the chance to play my bass through an Aguilar DB751 amplifier and fell in Love!!!!
They had a GS410 cabinet paired with the DB751 (not sure of the ohm rating whether 4 or 8 and at 98 pounds I do not see myself moving that beast), but this thing, (the 751), matches my Alembic so well where I was truly blown away. (I know the head`s heavy but so is my Eden!).
My question IS would the DB751 match up well with my TC/ Duke`s designed TC212 (loaded of course with 3012LF`s) and (Mike A. built Composite 40 pound, 900 watt ~ 4 ohm version of the Thunderchild TC 212)?
(Am I right in thinking Aguilar builds products/cabinets to match "their own"..... even though I obviously see others recommending Berg`s and Fearfuls, etc.).

My imagination says Thunderchild is to Aguilar GS as Hathor is to Aguilar DB.
If I planned to stack a 42lbs, 17 inch wide amp on a Thunderchild cab, it seems the 115 would be a better size match. And as the kids say, I bet it would still be loud AF.

The DB751 sounds very SVT-like to me, and I've played one of Duke's earliest proto cabs through my SVT and it sounded terrific, so I don't see why it wouldn't sound good with a DB751.
