I've said it before, but have you considered taking on an apprentice? In my experience, they usually cost you more time at first, so you go backwards briefly, but after that training (and woodworking safety is a huge part of it) they can be a big help with the manual labor tasks and can enhance productivity. It's a smaller step than actual outsourcing, I'd imagine, if you're willing to become a "boss"
