Are there any companies the either have flawless or tarnished ethics?
Virtually every company has skeletons in their closets... It's just a matter of how many. As a wise man once told me... If you ran your business the way the bank, insurance company and government wanted you to... You wouldn't have a business.
Seems to me that Fender is as guilty as Cort, in that situation.
You forgot the rest, Fender, Squier, Gibson, G&L Tribute, Ibanez, Lakeland, Alvarez, Carvin and Parkwood
Buy a USA, German or British bass and don't worry about it.
Oh well, off to buy a Ric or an Alembic. Or a Wal.bp. their basses are slick.
