I'll call BS on this one and leave it at that. If we'd gone on a "rampage" then Iraq wouldn't be much more than radioactive glass these days... You haven't seen an American rampage since WWII and THAT one was well-deserved.

Now, back on topic: EBMM established a living wage for all its workers several years ago. I'd include them amongst the "good guys".

This thread can be applied to almost every manufacturing industry. Honestly, you get what you pay for and there's a reason why somethings are insanely cheap. Also, these larger companies who are accused of poor workings conditions or treatment of employees are still in business because people still buy their product.

This is the whole idea behind this very thread. If some people stop buying their product then they won't be making as much money. That's the only thing the larger companies are concerned about.

^^^Having cheap imports available is a mixed bag, for this very reason.

remember, it's not just instruments we are dealing with. the same situation applies to most consumer goods. if all things were equal, i'd prefer to buy american goods. in reality however, it's just not a option.
