Is the Presonus Studio Channel any bit warm and punchy sounding? I know it has the 3 in one deal, tube pre, tube compressor and tube parametric EQ..
Well I own a Tech 21 RBI and a BBE BMax. Love them both. The RBI is hot though. Can drive any power amp.

The vintage ones come up for sale every once in awhile I'm not sure if they're still making the reissue?
A bit on the low end in comparison with some of the preamps listed above but I've found the MXR 81 to be quite usable. The sweepable mids is a cool function. I guess it has to be my favourite because it's the only one I own. Love to try a meatsmoke, sounds great in the clips I've seen.
VT Bass DI. Not only does it sound great as a standalone, it's extremely versatile and makes everything else sound so much better.

Although not technically a Pre Amp, right now for me it's the Fairfield Circuitry Barbershop. It's on 90% of the time in my setup.

SWR Interstellar Overdrive. Took me forever to find mine, and I paid too much for it, but what a piece of kit. The real secret is that while it does an amazing tube distortion for bass, the clean tones are just incredible. That said, I run mine through a Marshall EL34 100/100 power amp, and with the tone wide open on a set of EMG Geezers, the sound is planet smashing.
The main drawback is that mine is a sensitive piece and the distortion seems to change depending on how hot the tubes are. This means it requires constant adjustment and isn't very good live. For practise or recording, though, it's unbeatable.
