Bass purchasing dilemma

look in craigslist. Some people just don't like buying used, but if you wait a while and browse these classifieds or craigslist's or kijiji's you WILL find something good.

Heck last month i found somone who was moving to Montreal and was getting rid an an old Ampeg 410 and a yorkville 400B or something. All for 450!

consider this, save up for a used stingray in nice condition. there's lots of them floating around. if you end up feeling it's not right for you or decide to drop bass all together, you'll probably be able to sell it for the same money or at least close to it. that way you're not risking anything.
