Bass Reverb Pedal.

Another vote for the older Boss RV3. Like was previously mentioned you can use it as a dedicated delay, a dedicated reverb, but where it really shines is the 3 settings that incorporate both. So depending on what you want for a specific song you have plenty of options. But again those combined settings, ambient awesomeness awaits drool

So thanks everyone for the feedback. Until now I've been thinking of the Digitech Polara, the Hardwire Supernatural and the TC Electronics Hall of Fame, I checked all the other pedals you mentioned but those were the ones that stood out for me, I also found the Earthquaker Devices Afterneath interesting, which is a bit pricey but very unique. I'm still in consideration about the SA Dimension since for its price it's too great, but I'm afraid that I won't be using all of its utilities.

Here's a little demo I found of the polara online when I was shopping for a reverb. So you can see what I meant about the pad type sound it can create. On the polara the shimmer type sound is called halo. Which is the most extreme reverb sound I like. The modulated setting is a cool alternative to a chorus. It puts the modulation on the reverb instead of your actual note so it gives the vibe of a chorus without changing the attack of the bass.

As i mentioned before i own a Boss RV3 and that more then covers my needs. Also reverb isnt really an effect i see myself needing several different pedals off for different flavors, just one dedicated pedal to satisy my needs. With that said if i didnt already have one the Polara has always had my attention. Sounds like it would be just up my alley and the price aint bad. Id look into trying it out if youre still undecided.

I agree. Actually I´m planing to purchase a reverb pedal too. And honestly I realized that I haven´t those musical spaces that you talked some lines above, so I don´t gonna use it too much. Maybe I could force the situation to find some intro, or short bass melody, but I´m not sure to get this for my covers band. Maybe it can fits well in a couple or in a few of praise songs, but I´ll have working in it. So surely I´ll end up with a cheaper unity (Boss, Digitech, or even Joyo!) and I´ll spend my money in the best chorus as posible.

I mean, ya, you can force parts; tell guitar to back off for a few bars. Or maybe messing around you find a sick riff. Right? Works both ways. Why not have that sonic tool? Makes sense to me.

Maybe I should check out a rv-5 or something in a bit. With the rv-6 coming I hope those fall in price. Works for me!

The mostly times it´s possible forcing parts. I like the idea but it´s a matter of general consensus of the band.

Ever is good having tools that they help us for the music that we play. For this reason I have in mind the RV-3. It has a position that offers a reverb with some modulation that I find interesting by his approching as a chorus. And isn´t so expensive.
